Accessibility Statement

Effective date: March 14, 2026

Happy Hear Audio is committed to ensuring our platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Our Commitment

We believe that everyone deserves access to audio guestbook services — including photo booth operators and their clients who may rely on assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing priority, not a one-time effort.

What We're Doing

  • Designing with sufficient color contrast ratios for all text
  • Providing keyboard navigation throughout the platform
  • Including descriptive alt text on all meaningful images
  • Using semantic HTML and ARIA labels for screen reader compatibility
  • Ensuring all interactive elements have visible focus indicators
  • Designing responsive layouts that work at high zoom levels
  • Using clear, plain language throughout the interface

Known Limitations

While we work to make Happy Hear Audio fully accessible, some areas are still being improved:

  • Audio player controls in client galleries are being enhanced for screen reader users
  • Some complex data visualizations may have limited accessibility in current form

We are actively working to address these limitations.

AI-Generated Content

Happy Hear Audio uses AI to generate transcriptions and emotion tags from audio recordings. These AI-generated outputs are provided as a convenience and may not be 100% accurate. We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated transcriptions, emotion tags, or any other AI-generated content. Users should review all AI-generated output before sharing with clients.

Third-Party Content

Our platform may embed or link to third-party content or tools. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party services but will prefer accessible alternatives where available.
