Our Story

Built by an operator, for operators.

Happy Hear Audio exists because the audio guestbook workflow was broken — and we fixed it.

I run a photo booth company in LA County called Captured Celebrations. A few years ago, I added audio guestbook service to my offerings — vintage telephone handsets that guests pick up and leave voice messages for the couple.

The concept was a hit. Clients loved it. The problem was everything that happened after the event.

Every recording needed noise cleanup. Files had to be renamed, organized, and formatted. I'd spend hours building gallery links in tools that weren't designed for this. Then clients would ask for a PDF version, so I'd export that too. A single wedding could take two to three hours of post-production — for a service I was charging $150 for.

I knew other operators were dealing with the same thing. So I built Happy Hear Audio to do it automatically.

What the platform does

You upload raw recordings from your audio guestbook phone. Happy Hear Audio runs AI noise cleanup on every track, generates a branded gallery link with your logo and colors, creates a PDF guestbook, adds emotion tags and transcripts to each message, and packages everything for one-tap client delivery.

What used to take hours now takes about five minutes.

Who it's for

Happy Hear Audio is built for photo booth operators who offer audio guestbook service — operators who want to deliver a polished, professional product without spending half their evening on post-production. We work with operators across the US, from solo operators doing weekend weddings to multi-unit companies running 10+ events a month.

If you run a photo booth company and want to add or improve your audio guestbook offering, we'd love to help.
