Acceptable Use Policy

Happy Hear Audio is designed for photo booth operators and event professionals to process and share audio guestbook recordings with their clients. You may use the Service to:

• Upload audio recordings made at events where guests have consented to being recorded
• Share branded galleries with event clients and their guests
• Process recordings using our AI tools (noise reduction, transcription, emotion tagging)
• Manage your business events and client deliverables

You may not upload, store, or share content that:

• Is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of your clients
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Depicts or incites violence, self-harm, or terrorism
• Harasses, threatens, or demeans individuals
• Contains recordings of individuals who have not consented to being recorded
• Infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Is defamatory or invades the privacy of others

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network
• Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Service or access to it
• Impersonate Happy Hear Audio or any other person or entity
• Use automated tools to create accounts or interact with the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all individuals whose voices appear in uploaded recordings have consented to being recorded and to having their recordings processed, stored, and shared via the Service. This includes compliance with applicable wiretapping, recording consent, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction (including two-party consent states in the US).

You may not use the Service in ways that impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure. Bulk automated uploads, scripted API abuse, or other high-volume usage patterns that degrade service for other users are prohibited.

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP. Upon finding a violation, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Suspend access to specific features
• Terminate your account
• Report violations to law enforcement where required

We will use our judgment in determining appropriate action based on severity, intent, and history.
