How do I activate a virtual phone for my event?
Open your event, scroll to the Virtual Phone section, set the event date, and click "Activate Virtual Phone." A number and event code are generated instantly.
How does the call-in flow work for guests?
1) Guest dials the number. 2) Enters the 6-digit event code. 3) Hears your custom greeting. 4) Leaves a message after the beep. 5) Message appears in your gallery.
What is an event code?
A unique 6-digit code (like 554-208) that connects callers to your specific event.
How long is the virtual phone active?
14 days — 7 days before and 7 days after your event date.
Can I change my event date?
Yes, up to 3 times. The active window adjusts automatically.
How do I customize the recording greeting?
Three options: Default message, custom text (read aloud by AI), or upload your own audio greeting.
How do I generate QR codes?
Click "Call QR" on your event's Virtual Phone section. Download and print the QR code for your event display.
Where do voicemails show up?
In your event's track list, labeled as "Voicemail" with the caller's last 4 digits.
Do I get notified when someone leaves a voicemail?
Yes, you receive an email notification immediately.
