How to add your logo, pick a player style, set colors, and control what your clients see.
How do I add my logo to the gallery?
In the left sidebar of your dashboard, click Settings, then Branding. Scroll to the Logo section and click Upload Logo. Choose your logo file (PNG with a transparent background works best). Once you save, your logo appears on every gallery you create, you don't need to add it separately for each event.
My logo uploaded but it doesn't look right. What should I use?
A PNG file with a transparent background gives the cleanest result. Avoid logos with white boxes around them, those will show on colored backgrounds. Square or horizontal logos both work well. If your logo looks too small or large, try resizing the file before uploading (ideally 400-600px wide at 2x resolution).
How do I change my brand colors?
Go to Settings > Branding. You'll find an accent color picker, this controls the button colors and highlights in your gallery. You can also choose between a light, dark, or blurred background style. Changes apply to all galleries tied to your account.
What player styles are available?
There are five to choose from: Waveform (clean and modern, shows the audio wave animating as it plays), Vinyl Turntable (spinning record visual), Cassette Deck (retro tape player), CD Discman (compact disc design), and iPod (classic scroll wheel look). You pick the style when creating an event and can change it later by editing the event.
How do I change the player style after creating an event?
Open your event from the dashboard and click the Edit button (pencil icon). Scroll to the Player Style section, select a new style, and save. The change takes effect immediately, your gallery link stays the same.
How do I add a cover image to the gallery?
Open your event and click Edit. Scroll to the Cover Image section and upload a photo. JPG, PNG, and WebP are all supported. The image shows at the top of the gallery your clients see. Because the image is anchored from the top, make sure the most important part of your photo, faces, the couple, etc., is in the upper half.
Can I password-protect a gallery?
Yes. When creating or editing an event, find the Gallery Password field and set a password. Anyone who opens the gallery link will be asked to enter it before they can listen. This is useful for keeping a gallery private until you're ready to deliver it to your client.
How does the gallery look on a phone?
Fully responsive. The player adapts to any screen size with touch-friendly controls. Most of your clients will open the gallery on their phone, so the mobile experience is the priority. The cover image, logo, and all audio tracks display cleanly on small screens.
Can I preview what my client will see before I share the link?
Yes. After publishing your event, click "View Gallery" from the event page. This opens the gallery exactly as your client sees it, with your logo, colors, cover image, and all the tracks in order. Check everything looks right before you send the link.
Can I change the gallery after I've already shared the link?
Yes. The gallery link stays the same even if you make changes. You can reorder tracks, edit the cover image, update the player style, or change the password at any time. The next time your client opens the link, they'll see the updated version.
Can guests download audio from the gallery?
Yes, as long as you have Guest downloads switched on. Every message row in the gallery gets its own download button, and there is a Download All button that bundles the whole gallery into one ZIP. Guest downloads is on by default. Turn it off in the Gallery Design Studio and both buttons disappear from every gallery on your account, so your client can still listen but cannot save the files.
How do I reorder the tracks in my gallery?
Inside your event in the dashboard, click and drag any track to move it up or down. The gallery updates immediately to reflect the new order.
Can I rename individual tracks?
Track names currently follow the upload order (Message 1, Message 2, etc.). Custom track naming is not yet available but is on the roadmap.
What is a gallery share link and how long does it stay active?
When you publish an event, Happy Hear generates a unique URL for that gallery. The link stays active for as long as your storage period lasts, 6 months for Per Event, 12 months for Monthly and Annual. After the storage period ends, the audio is removed and the gallery is no longer accessible, so make sure your client downloads or saves anything they want to keep.
