How do I download individual tracks?
Click the download icon next to any track in your event dashboard or from the gallery player. Each track downloads as an MP3.
How do I download all tracks as a ZIP?
Open your event and scroll to the Processing section. Click "Download Cleaned Audio" for AI-processed files, or "Download Raw Audio" for the originals. Both options zip all tracks into one file.
What audio format do downloads come in?
Individual track downloads and ZIP bundles are MP3 files. The original call-in recordings are captured as WAV internally for the best processing quality, then delivered as MP3.
How do I download raw (uncleaned) audio?
Click "Download Raw Audio" in the Processing section of your event. This gives you the original recordings before AI noise removal — useful if you want to process audio yourself.
How do I export a PDF guestbook?
Open your event, scroll to the Processing section, and click "Download PDF Guestbook." The PDF is generated from all transcribed tracks. Events with no transcription do not have a PDF option.
What's in the PDF guestbook?
Each message gets its own entry with the transcription text, emotion tag, duration, and timestamp. The document is formatted as a clean keepsake — ready to print or deliver digitally to your client.
Can I download waveform videos?
Yes. Animated waveform videos are generated automatically for each track. Go to your event, click the Videos section, and download any individual video. These are sized for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
Can I export a shareable video clip?
Yes. Use the Export Video feature from the gallery player to create a branded video clip — your logo, colors, and the waveform animation. Download it directly from the player.
Can my client download from the gallery directly?
Yes. Every message row in the gallery has its own download button, and a Download All button bundles the whole gallery into one ZIP. This is controlled by the Guest downloads switch in the Gallery Design Studio, which applies to every gallery on your account and is on by default. Switch it off and both buttons disappear, so clients can still play the gallery from the share link but cannot save the files.
Can I download a text copy of the transcriptions?
Transcriptions are available in the PDF guestbook export. Individual text copies per track are not yet a standalone download option, but the PDF includes all transcriptions formatted cleanly.
Is there a limit on how many times I can download?
No. Download as many times as you need during the storage period (6 months for Per Event, 12 months for Monthly/Annual).
What happens to my downloads if my storage period expires?
The public gallery link stops working and the event archives, but your audio is not deleted. Renewing or upgrading to Monthly Unlimited restores access. Download anything you or your client want to keep before then, and those files are yours permanently. The storage period is fixed per plan and is not extended on request.
